ReWriting NeuroNarratives
A Liberatory Framework for Neurodivergent Self-Understanding
What if the story you were handed about your mind… isn’t the whole story?
Rewriting NeuroNarratives is an invitation to explore your neurodivergent experience outside the confines of diagnosis, deficit, or disorder. This is a space for reflection, reconnection, and reimagining.
Whether you’ve recently received a diagnosis, are exploring self-identification, or have long known that you move through the world differently, this offering is for those who long to feel seen, heard, and empowered in their own language, rhythm, and time.
What is Rewriting NeuroNarratives?
Rewriting NeuroNarratives is a liberatory learning space that supports people in expanding their understanding of neurodivergence through:
Cultural meaning-making
Somatic and sensory awareness
Lived experience and narrative reflection
Anti-pathologising frameworks
Collective wisdom and community care
This work is rooted in the belief that neurodivergence is not a problem to be fixed, but a unique way of being, knowing, and sensing the world.
Who is it for?
Those newly diagnosed or exploring a neurodivergent identity
People navigating late recognition or racialised misdiagnosis
Neurodivergent people seeking connection, validation, or community
Professionals supporting neurodivergent individuals who wish to unlearn medicalised frameworks and centre lived experience
Anyone ready to reclaim their narrative and listen to the wisdom of their body, perception, and consciousness
